Emergency Services

Our operational fleet of vehicles consists of Double Manned Ambulances (DMA’s), Emergency Bariatric Vehicles and Rapid Response Vehicles (RRV’s) consisting of estate car, 4×4 and Motorcycle Response Vehicles. All of our vehicles are regularly maintained by our team of qualified technicians and mechanics in order to provide the NHS and members of the public with a highly reliable service. The vehicles are fully equipped to A&E standards including a full compliment of JRCALC medicines. Our Paramedics also have their own issue of schedule 2 medicines as afforded to them under the Group Authority License issued by the Home Office under the `Misuse of Drugs Regulations 2001’.

Our HDU Division will respond to any request for journeys requiring the skills of a medic from any hospital, GP surgery, clinic or private bookings from members of the public. We will also respond to any requests for journeys that currently fall outside of any contracts for the Provision of Ambulances or Patient Transport Services. Our response time to requests is usually less than one hour.
